A. The City of Knollwood,TX has three (3) Posting Areas that are readily accessible to the public.

And, in accordance with chapter 551 of the Texas Government code, all notices are posted at least 72 hours before the meeting! (Thanks to J. O. for demonstrating!)
THE CITY OF KNOLLWOOD,TEXAS is located near Sherman,TX, about 60 miles north of Dallas,TX in north central Grayson County, on FM 131, adjacent to
the Sherman Town Center Shopping district.
The community began in 1970 with the development of Knollwood Village, a 100 unit high-quality mobile home park, located on a 47.5 acre parcel of rural land. Knollwood Village residents elected to incorporate Knollwood into its own municipality in 1983 and a neighboring land-owner chose to include her homestead In the new city. In 1984 the owners of Knollwood Village purchased adjacent acres for future residential and commercial development and, in 1994, increased the mobile home park to 180 units.
At present, the City of Knollwood consists of a land area of 208 acres and a population of 325. In addition to Knollwood Village Mobile Home Community, the City of Knollwood is also the hometown of The Bridges on Travis, a new luxury apartment development. With this recent addition of new housing,
the population of Knollwood is expected to increase rapidly in 2009.
The City of Knollwood also includes commercial businesses;
convenience store selling groceries and gas, a full service liquor store, and The Library Bar & Grill and Smokey D's BBQ restaurants.

The Utility Billing Office Hours: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Monday - Friday. The City of Sherman Provides The City of Knollwood
with Water, Fire, and Ambulance Services.
